Delete your account in the app

If you can still sign in, this is the quickest way. It deletes your account and the personal data linked to it.

  1. 1Open the GG.AI app on your phone, or go to app.geniusgrowth.ai, and sign in.
  2. 2Open Settings and tap Delete account.
  3. 3Type the confirmation sentence shown on screen.
  4. 4Sign in again if asked, then confirm.

Deleting your account is permanent. If you pay through the App Store or Google Play, cancel the subscription there as well.

Your data rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Access

    Get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

  • Correction

    Fix personal data that is wrong or incomplete.

  • Deletion

    Delete your account and personal data, except records we must keep by law, such as payment and tax records.

Use this form for a copy of your data, a correction, or to delete your account if you cannot use the app. It opens an email to our team with your request filled in.

We never ask for your password

No one at GeniusGrowth.ai will ask for your password, on this page or by email. We verify requests through the email address on your account.
