Affiliate Policy

The GeniusGrowth.ai affiliate program (the "Program") is run by PT Genius Growth Indonesia. Partners ("Affiliates") share their referral code or link, and earn commission when people they refer sign up for or buy our products.

Joining is free. Earnings come only from genuine use and purchases of our products by the people you refer. We never pay for simply recruiting other affiliates, and you never need to buy anything to join or stay in the Program.

You can join through the affiliate menu in the GG.AI app or another product that offers it. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to this policy and receives any payouts on your behalf.

Give accurate details, including the name and bank or e-wallet account used for payouts, and keep them up to date. We may verify your identity before approving you or paying you, and we may decline or end an application at our discretion.

The commission types, rates, conditions and any limits that apply to you are shown in your affiliate dashboard. The rules shown there when a qualifying activity happens are the ones that apply to that activity.

Depending on the product, you may earn from: new users who sign up with your code and stay active, purchases made by users you referred, and activity of affiliates you invited, as described in the dashboard.

Commission is not paid for your own account or purchases, for fake, duplicate or incentivised accounts, for purchases that are refunded, cancelled or charged back, or for activity that breaks this policy. Commission already paid for such activity may be deducted from later earnings.

We may change commission rates or rules for future activity. We will announce changes in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Commission you have already earned under the old rules is not affected.

Your dashboard shows your referrals, earned commission and available balance. Recently earned commission may be held for a short verification period shown in the app before it can be withdrawn.

You can request a withdrawal to a bank account or e-wallet in your own name (or your parent's or guardian's name). Minimum amounts, fees and processing times are shown in the app. We may delay a payout while we review suspected fraud or a rule violation, and we will tell you why.

Payments to Affiliates are subject to tax withholding under Indonesian tax law, such as Income Tax Article 21 for individuals or Article 23 for businesses. We may ask for your NIK or NPWP for this purpose and will provide withholding slips where required.

You remain responsible for reporting your own income and meeting your own tax obligations.

When you promote our products, you must:

• say clearly that you are an affiliate and may earn a commission, for example with #ad or #affiliate;
• describe our products truthfully and not promise grades, exam results, income or earnings;
• not target children with promotions, and not ask children to share personal data or make purchases;
• not spam, use fake reviews, buy ads on our brand names, or pretend to be GeniusGrowth.ai or its staff;
• follow Indonesian law, including consumer protection, advertising and personal data rules, and the rules of the platforms you post on.

Affiliates are independent partners, not employees, agents or representatives of GeniusGrowth.ai, and are not entitled to employee benefits. The Program is non-exclusive: we may work with other partners anywhere, and you may promote other products.

You can leave the Program at any time. Earned, verified commission that meets the payout rules will still be paid.

We may suspend or end your participation if you break this policy or the Terms and Conditions, commit fraud or harm our users or reputation. Except in cases of fraud or where the law requires, we will tell you first and give you a chance to respond. Commission from fraudulent or prohibited activity is not paid.

We may update this policy. For important changes we will notify you at least 14 days in advance in the app or by email. This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and the Indonesian version prevails over translations.
