• Personal data is stored securely in Google Cloud Jakarta Region.
• For cost-efficient AI processing, anonymized user codes (without names or personal identifiers) are sent to Google Cloud US Region.
• The results are securely returned and matched in Jakarta. No personal identifiers are transferred or stored outside Indonesia.

5. Sharing Data with Third Parties

• We do not sell your personal data.
• With user or parental consent, we may:
  • Share AI-based recommendations with third-party educational or service providers
  • Display personalized advertisements based on user preferences (especially for freemium users)

• GeniusGrowth.AI offers a freemium model with limited features and advertising.
• Users can upgrade to a paid subscription to access premium features with no ads.
• Freemium users may see relevant ads based on their interests, with data privacy fully respected.

8. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, with respect to corporate and legal compliance. We also adhere to Indonesia’s data privacy laws (UU PDP 2022).
